There are two major steps to finding our joy
The first step is to pause. In this stopping of the activity - of the doing - we are able to notice what is here. We actually find ourselves in the pause.
The second step is sitting with the emotions that we find when we pause. Name the emotion. Our emotions actually come first, and then we have a thought and those thoughts lead to action. When we tap into our emotions first, we get ahead of thinking negative self-limiting thoughts and can take inspired action
This all leads to the manifestation of the life we would like to lead because we were brave enough to face our truth. About how we really feel.
